  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

  • Items missing original tags or packaging.

  • Personalized/customized T-shirts, hoodies, or accessories.


3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy
